Brush and Floss
Brushing and flossing is really important when you have braces, because food can get caught in the braces and cause cavities. You will also get bad breath!

You should brush and floss your teeth after every meal and before you go to bed. Dr Reisner may prescribe a flouride rinse to be used as directed.

Brushing might be sore the first week after you get your braces but you will get through it!

Ask Dr Reisner about ways to help with keeping your braces clean.
